So, to summarize the past... month...
School is rotten. Big surprise...
Homecoming was uber fun...
Les Mis was amazing...
Football season was fun, but now it's over...
I love my family...
I love my friends...
I love Chick-fil-A...
Still not a big fan of school (sorry to be redundant)...
All-state orchestra (auditions, getting word that I made it, going there this weekend [cause for major excitement])...Yep. That's basically about it.

Hi guys!
Been a while since I last updated... guess I've been pretty busy!!
So, in a nutshell...
School is driving me crazy. Not a big fan of history, chemistry or advanced math. Such is the life of a junior, I suppose. Exams are coming up in a week, and I'm scared. I hope that I do okay on those, because I really need to!!!!
Band is going okay. It's sorta driving me crazy that we're not working very hard, but I hope that that will change through the rest of this year. We aren't going to showcase (a really big marching festival for the top bands in Louisiana), which is sort of a dissapointment, but I know that Mrs. Laird made the right decision in choosing not to take us. Hopefully we'll grow as a group and be able to do well at showcase next year.
Les Mis is fast approaching. For all in the show... approximately 1 month til crunch time!! I think I will be able to play in the show, but I'm still not sure about what nights. But, I am excited that I'll be able to do it.
Work is going well. I'm not working too much, which, considering my load at school, is definitely a good thing.
Other than that, not much else is new. Slidell's football team is 5 and 0, which is pretty exciting. I love football season!
Well, I know my life isn't that interesting for all of you to read, but I still feel the need to update every now and then.

wow, it's been a while!
So, let me recap the past two weeks...
3 football games, 2 home 1 away. All 3 wins.
Yay. I love football season! More school... same old, same old.
Oh, and I'm not a big fan of losing my voice. Which seems to be happening at most of the games. Oh, well.
I guess that about sums it up for now. I have to work on a paper. Gross.

So, the past 16 days (in which I have not updated...) have consisted of...
The first day(s) of school...
coffee with Chelsea, Hannah, and Amanda before school!

Yes, we ate at Copelan's. It was stinkin good. And really entertaining to watch everyone stare at the people with ballons tied on the chairs...

mm, cake! To elaborate on these events...
First day of school was pretty good. It was good to go back and see everyone!! My schedule is as follows:
1st hour: Honors Chemistry. What a way to start the day. But, LaUra and Amber are in there, so it makes it a tiny bit better.
2nd hour: Advanced Math Gifted. Oh boy... I'm scared. But, Amber, Kirsten, Erin, and Shawn make it fun enough, I suppose.
3rd hour: AP American History. 3rd class in a row with Amber, 2nd in a row with Kirsten. First class EVER with Chelsea!
4th hour: Band. Enough said.
5th hour: Spanish 1. Now, Zack Maurer is in there. Super fun! Not to mention that I just like Spanish.
6th hour: Talented Music. All boys. It's kinda funny.
7th hour: Honors English III. I love Mrs. Marton. And, the Kelly boys, Amanda, and Chelsea are in there, so it makes it fun!So, yeah. Enjoy the pictures! It'll be a while before I update again....
